Yes, it would work with GSM carriers such as AT&T and T-Mobile. No luck for Verizon Wireless or Sprint.
I am trying to buy this on ebay, but all sellers say it won’t work in USA. Will it, and do you know if it will work with alltel, Verizon, or Unicel? Thank you VERY much. I REALLY want this phone.

Most likely it won’t work. As Verizon Wireless is a CDMA network provider, and this OKWAP phone is a GSM phone, which will work for AT&T or T-Mobile, but not Sprint or Verizon Wireless.
