In case you miss this news – Garmin decided to jump into cell phone market after seeing the GPS market is shrinking year-by-year as there are more and more phones capable of providing GPS navigation. So, Garmin partnered with Asus and togethery they released the Nuvifone G60, which will be available at AT&T Stores pretty soon. The Nuvifone G60 is a GPS phone with excellent and complete GPS system that provides turn-by-turn driving directions, traffic warnings and a search engine that can suggest nearby gas stations, restaurants and and other places of interest.

The Nuvifone G60 features a big touch screen for intuitive finger inputs, Wi-Fi connectivity, 3G (HSDPA) connectivity, 3.2-megapixel digital camera, and MP3 music player.

The Garmin Nuvifone G60 will be sold for $299.99 with a required $30 data plan. The $299.99 price is after $100 main-in-rebate, which means customers have to put $399.99 up-front and get the $100 rebate after a couple of months.
