BenQ Introduces the Amazing New Ultra-thin T60 Cell Phone

April 2, 2008- Ready for an exciting new design that is the most slender design you can imagine? BenQ has announced their latest mobile phone innovation: the BenQ T60. Measuring in at only 8.9mm, the T60 is a slender handset that comes with all the bells and whistles that users are accustomed to finding in their handsets.

The BenQ T60 comes complete with a 2.2 inch QVGA TFT LCD display for easy navigation and picture and video display, a 3.2 megapixel camera and a multimedia player. Users will surely find everything in this handset that they could possibly want in a mobile device. With 24 MB of internal memory, users will be able to store all the information, data, and multimedia that could possibly want to share and enjoy on the phone. Several different music formats are supported by this handset including MPEG4, MP3, AMR, MIDI, and SP-MIDI. A new feature available with this phone that some users might not already be familiar with is a black list caller function that can block out preselected numbers that users do not wish to receive calls from. There is also a remote control that will allow users to operate their handset from across a room or office.

Other features that users can look forward to with the BenQ T60 include up to 2.5 hours of talk time, and up to 180 hours of standby. The BenQ uses a 750 mAh Li-ion Battery and supports GSM 900/1800 MHz networks. There is also a web camera that users can utilize to upload live video from their handset. The T60 supports 64-chord polyphonic ringtones and background music tones. The T60 will also allow users to sent email, text messages, as well as multimedia messages from their handset.
