Verizon Wireless saved the best till the last. Out of the four phones (the other three are BlackBerry Curve 8530, Samsung Convoy, and LG Chocolate Touch) that VZ launched today, the best is the HTC Droid Eris full touch screen phone powered by Google’s Android operating system. The Droid Eris runs on HTC Sense user interface that allow users to create customized home screen that suit their needs. Users could customize a seven-panel wide home screen with a wide variety of widgets designed to bring the most important information to the surface.

Verizon Wireless Lands HTC Imagio

Verizon Wireless today announced the HTC Imagio, a full touch screen phone that is powered by Windows Mobile 6.5, the latest recently launched Windows Mobile operating that is said to rival Apple’s iPhone OS. Normally, Verizon Wireless phones won’t work in other countries as they don’t support GSM networks, this doesn’t apply to HTC Imagio. The Imagio phone is global roaming capable, which means it is capable of running in more than 185 destinations worldwide.
HTC Leo Pictures Are Leaked

The rumored latest HTC phone with a gigantic touch screen (4.3-inch), HTC Leo, is again leaked in the Internet. The picture shown is the clear shot of HTC Leo compared to HTC Touch Pro, which has a 3.6-inch TFT touch screen. The leaked source said that the HTC Leo is powered by Qualcomm 8520B Snapdragon 1GB processor, 512MB storage memory and 320MB RAM. If this is real, this is by far the most powerful HTC touch phone ever released.

HTC’s New Phone – HTC Firestone is Leaked?

We are not sure whether the so called HTC Firestone phone is real or just a photoshoped image of other HTC phones. According to the leaked source, the phone has a 3.6-inch TFT LCD screen, a little bit smaller than Sony Ericsson Xperia 3’s 4-inch screen. The Firestone phone is quad-band GSM, and it has 3G connectivity (UMTS 900 / 2100). The phone is said to run on Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system, which Microsoft hasn’t even released it yet. Its hardware specs are pretty impressive – Qualcomm 8250 processor at 600MHz, 512MB ROM, and 256MB RAM.

Verizon Wireless lands HTC Ozone Smartphone

Verizon Wireless today introduced HTC Ozone, a PDA phone with a full QWETY keyboard. The Ozone phone looks very alike to Palm Centro, a not so successful product for struggling Palm. The Ozone supports Verizon Wireless’ 3G network, and Wi-Fi network. It also has global roaming capabilities, allowing users to use it in other countries.
HTC Launched Android-powered HTC Hero in London

HTC today unearthed the HTC Hero in London. HTC Hero is another Android-powered touch screen phone, after HTC G1, and HTC Magic. Features and specifications of Hero include a 3.2-inch TFT touch screen (320 x 480 pixels), a whopping 5-megapixel digital camera, 528 MHz Qualcomm MSM7200A processor, 512 MB ROM, 288 MB RAM, 3.5 mm headphone jack, HSPA on the 900 and 2100 MHz bands, quadband GSM/EDGE, WiFi, GPS, compass and microSD slot. T-Mobile Unearthed Dash 3G Smartphone

T-Mobile wireless today announced the Dash 3G Smartphone powered by Windows Mobile OS. You might think that the Dash 3G looks very alike to HTC Snap of Sprint Nextel. In fact, the both are the same phones. The Dash 3G is simply a customized version of HTC Snap phone. The Dash 3G phone will be available in July, but pricing is still unknown.
