April 9, 2008 - Market sources are sending us new information about possible Motorola phones that will be available to the public before too much longer. Sources expect Qisda, a Taiwan-based company, to begin shipping large volumes of 3G mobile devices to Motorola in the third quarter of this year. These new handsets, manufactured by an ODM provider, will feature a candy bar shaped design and will be featuring platforms from Freescale, several exciting multimedia functions, and should be priced less than $100. This could prove to be an affordable option with all the features users love. Motorola and Qisda will be offering users mobile devices that support telecom service providers in Europe and Asia. These mobile devices will later be made available to North America as well.

March 26, 2008- Yesterday Motorola announced that they are ready to launch the latest version of their award winning Good Mobile Messaging software in India. The goal of their newest version, Good 5, is to meet the needs of the enterprising mobile market. They will also deliver service to make this mobile workforce more productive than ever before. Good Mobile Messaging already serves more than 12,000 enterprise customers in over 90 countries on more than 200 different carrier networks. In India, Good 5 will become available through Motorola PartnerSelect.

The newest version of Good was specifically designed to provide easy to use extensive personalization features such as news feeds, custom email alerts, and complete calendar options. Security and management has also been stepped up for this new service and now includes over the air control of features like the on board camera that most phones come standard with now. Information Leaked: MotoMing 2 Coming in April??

March 21, 2008 - We were introduced to the MotoMing 2 from Motorola last year, but the phone itself had yet to be released. Although we have seen the original MotoMing in China, we have been wondering what happened to the MotoMing 2 since the rumors last year. However, new information has been leaked and the word is that we will be seeing the premier of this handset at the CTIA this April. The MotoMing 2 is a Linux based smartphone and a prototype has even turned up on sale in Shenzen, China. Part of the world has seen this new model and been enjoying it…now finally, we are able to bring the public some images of this exciting new handset. Hopefully we will be seeing it in person very soon as well.
