Gundam Cell Phone is Unearthed in Japan

For those who love Gundam anime, now you could own a Gundam cellular phone with a Gunpla cell phone cradle that looks too cool to be true. The phone will also come with a 1/100 scale Gundam model kit, pre-installed Gundam related software, and decals. The Gundam Phone is launched by Softbank in Japan to celebrate 30th anniversary of Gunpla, the Gundam plastic models. It will be available in this summer (2010) in Japan only.
NTT DoCoMo F-04B Projector Phone

NTT DoCoMo today announced Fujitsu F-04B projector phone, a rare modular phone that could be separated into display module and a keyboard module. The modules communicate via Bluetooth connection. Also, user could attach a WVGA DLP pico-projector to the phone to make the phone a portable projector. The NTT DoCoMo F-04B is available only in Japan. Handbag-shaped Cell Phone Announced in Japan

It is true that men won’t buy this phone. This handbag-shaped cell phone in the picture is released in Japan by KDDI. Designed by internationally renowned Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama, the phone features patterns of her brightly colored polka dot motif. We are not sure women would die for this phone or not. World’s Largest Touchscreen Phone – Sharp 931SH Launched in Japan

This news is kind of old. However, in case you miss the release of this amazing phone, you should keep reading this post. Sharp released the world’s largest touchscreen phone, Sharp 931SH, on 1/31/2009. The 931SH has a 3.8-inch Half-XGA LCD screen, bigger than iPhone’s 3.5-inch. Plus, the 931SH has a 5.2-megapixel digital camera, Digital TV (One Seg) support, 3G, GPS, and video call. No wonder iPhone 3G sales lag in Japan, when there is a better equipped touchscreen phone out there in Japan.

SoftBank and Citizen Team to Offer Users Mobile Compatible Watch

March 21, 2008- SoftBank Mobile and Citizen have teamed up to offer users a new option in time management as well as cell phone usage. The new iVIRT-M watch will be a bonus feature released to accompany the new Sharp brand 920SH handset. This new technology will put several attractive features right at the users’ fingertips… literally.
