If you are a musician especially a guitar player, you are going to die for this wood-grain HTC MyTouch 3G from T-Mobile and Fender, a US based instruments and amplifiers maker. This special edition of HTC MyTouch 3G has all the features of a regular MyTouch 3G, plus some nice add-ons, such as exclusive audio and video from iconic musicians, and a new application called “Sherpa” that suggest for stores, attractions, and restaurants.

It is kind of disappointing that T-Mobile doesn’t tell us what is the selling price for this gorgeous MyTouch Fender Edition phone. The only piece of information we know is it will be launched sometimes this year.

Is it a watch or a phone? It is both! LG announced that it is going to ship the LG GD910, a super cool watch phone on July of 2009. The phone will be first available in Europe (Sorry Americans, you guys have to wait for a while before this phone comes to North America).

The GD910 phone has impressive features and specifications. It features a full touchscreen, MP3 music player, voice recognition, Stereo Bluetooth, Text to Speech (TTS) that reads text messages and other information out loud for even greater convenience, and 3G support (7.2 Mbps HSDPA). Thanks God, it doesn’t have a built-in camera, if not, people might misuse this watch phone to spy on others. The Watch Phone has a curved tempered glass face, high quality metal casing and is a mere 13.9mm thick.

President Obama’s new friend, Hugo Chavez, president of Venezuela, appeared on his weekly radio and tv show to launch a phone called “Penis”. Yes, you read right! Our new friend, Mr. Chavez, named the new phone manufactured by the nationalized cell phone manucturer, “Vergatario” means “Penis”

In the TV show, he that “This telephone will be the biggest seller not only in Venezuela but the world. Whoever doesn’t have a Vergatario is nothing.”

“It is science and technology at the service of the people not the elites … the day will arrive when we manufacture phones for Cuba and Latin America.”

The phone will be sold for merely $15 dollars (about £10). So, are you going to buy this penis phone?

Do you still remember the ancient coin-operated telephone that charges dimes per call? Now, we have cell phone that is operated by coins too. Picture shown above is a real coin operated cell phone, named 100-F and manufactured by a new Latvian manufacturer called Lirpa (like me, you probably think it is manufactured by a Chinese company). If you don’t have coins, no problem, the phone takes credit cards too. The phone will be available in UK pretty soon, and the UK-version of 100-F is going to have £1 coin slot for calls and a 10p slot for texts.

It is true that men won’t buy this phone. This handbag-shaped cell phone in the picture is released in Japan by KDDI. Designed by internationally renowned Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama, the phone features patterns of her brightly colored polka dot motif. We are not sure women would die for this phone or not. Neutrano officially launched Neutrano Wristfone at CTIA Wireless 2009 in Las Vegas, US. The Wristfone runs on GSM network, which means you could get it to run on GSM carriers, such as AT&T and T-Mobile. The Wristfone has an array of quite impressive features, including a small touch-sensitive screen, a 2.0-megapixel digital camera, a MP3 music player, Bluetooth connectivity, USB port, and a microSD memory expansion slot. It has 512 MB internal memory, 3 days standby time, and up to 4 hours of talk time.

The expected selling price is $399 USD, and it will be available in June of this year.
