Dell Sets to Launch Mini 5, a tablet PC phone with 5-inch Touch Screen
Filed under Wireless Industry News

A couple of weeks of ago, Dell said that the Mini 5 was just a prototype. Now, Michael Dell, CEO and founder of Dell, said the Mini 5 will be launched “in a couple of months” in the Techcrunch interview. Video interview after jump.
According to an online leaked source, Dell might change the name of the Mini 5 to “M01M”, as shown in the leaked pictures below. The Mini 5 features a 1GHz SnapDragon processor, a 5-inch touch screen (800 x 480), 5-megapixel digital camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G, and a microSD memory expansion slot. The only disappointment over the Mini 5 is, as far as we know, it will be powered by Android 1.6 instead of Android 2. Hopefully, the Mini 5 will get an OS upgrade before it is officially launched “in a couple of months”.
