Grundig U900 – Another Wonderful Linux-based Cell Phone

Linux has been quiet although Microsoft Announced the new Windows Mobile 6.0 operating system. However, the mighty penguin isn’t just sitting and doing nothing. Recently, Grundig announced the latest Linux-powered cellular phone – Grundig U900.

This Chocolate-lookalike clamshell features a couple of cameras – one in front to take advantage of the UMTS 3G connection, while the 2 megapixel with flash camera behind is used to capture candid moments. Additional features include a 2″ QVGA 262k color display, built-in FM radio, Bluetooth and USB connectivity, video and audio playback, and 100MB of internal memory and microSD memory card.
