March 21, 2008 – We were introduced to the MotoMing 2 from Motorola last year, but the phone itself had yet to be released. Although we have seen the original MotoMing in China, we have been wondering what happened to the MotoMing 2 since the rumors last year. However, new information has been leaked and the word is that we will be seeing the premier of this handset at the CTIA this April. The MotoMing 2 is a Linux based smartphone and a prototype has even turned up on sale in Shenzen, China. Part of the world has seen this new model and been enjoying it…now finally, we are able to bring the public some images of this exciting new handset. Hopefully we will be seeing it in person very soon as well.

The MotoMing A1600 Ming 2 phone is a Linux based mobile phone that features a touch screen and a 3.2 mega pixel camera phone. Users can also look forward to Wi-Fi connectivity and build-in GPA to keep you connected wirelessly while in the car and to keep you on the right road while you browse the internet. Wi-Fi capabilities are an important option for any handset that hopes to succeed in the mobile phone market. These luxury functions are becoming standards that the public expects and that they are quite disappointed when they do not find included in their cell phone package. GPS is also becoming a more and more important capability as more and more people get used to the technology and depend on it.
