Jasper S20 – SavaJe-based Cellular phone based on Java Technology

JavaOne Conference 2006 – SavaJe Technologies has released the all new SavaJe-based Jasper S20 Cellular phone. For those of you who haven’t heard about SavaJe Technologies, they are the leading developers of the most advanced Java technology-based mobile operating platform.

During the show, the JavaOne organizers had named the SavaJe-based Jasper S20 the “Device of the Show”.

A little more information about Jasper S20 is that “The Jasper S20 is the first Java powered mobile phone to support an early access version of JSR-209 specifications, providing Java Platform Micro Edition application developers with the ability to create advanced user interfaces for mobile phones and devices using Swing and Java2D.”
