Leaked Information From Motorola

March 12, 2008 – At the most recent Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, there was not a lot of news from Motorola in the way of new cell phones. Apparently, however, this was not for a lack of information to share. One of Motorola’s VPs stated that the only reason they decided to wait to introduce their new ideas was because they did not want to have to compete with all the information and technology that was being introduced at the Mobile World Congress. Rather than getting lost in the sea of announcements that would be made, they decided to wait and share their new handsets with the rest of the world in April instead. So we will have to wait a few more weeks to see what Motorola has to offer us this time.

Although it may not be one of their upcoming announcements, it has been made known that Motorola has been working very closely with Kodak and some projects may be completed very soon perhaps including a 5 mega pixel camera for their new handsets.

The rumor is that the newest handset from Motorola will in fact be a camera phone and will feature a candy bar shape complete with a morphing keypad. Users may also expect to have their handsets installed with the latest version of Windows Mobile which is slowly becoming a standard for all new phones with online capabilities.
Although we do not know a lot about what exactly Motorola will be announcing to the mobile world in April, surely we can expect an exciting new design possibly even featuring a Kodak inspired and designed camera!
