This is very bad. You would have to unlock the phone, and this is against the carrier’s rules and regulation. Did you get the phone from a carrier in Europe? If you do, try calling them to get an unlocked code. If not, you would have to unlock it by sending your phone to some online stores, but it is kind of illegal to do so.

Please i bought an lg u310 phone when i recently visited a friend in italy but upon reaching my home country,i realised that the phone has a lock on it.I have tried several times to unlock it but t avail.please i sincerely need help.. PLZ PLZ MY HELP ..SIR
