    I have had the Chocolate for 3 months now. The features are great but Verizon is to restrictive with how you can use the features. I suggest that people who want to play mp3s and mp4s look for a different phone. Verizon makes it way to hard to use your own songs, videos and applications. They want to charge you a stupid amount of money to get the songs, videos and software from them and them only. It sure does look cute though. I get compliments on it all the time.
