the worst cell phone i have ever had…
    the Q9c really sucks …
sucks just as bad as Sprint …
    Nextel is not Sprint …
please people learn that Nextel are not on the same network it’s just the same company …
it was the worst take over in history …
Sprint really does not know how to do business!

  2. Ronald Says:

  3. KLeC Says:

Had mine a week. What is the Shah smoking? This is a great phone. All the goodies work just fine.

  4. mikr Says:

im on the phone now submitting this review.. it is the absolute best phone I’ve ever had.. and I compare it to all the other smartphones of its time. I recommend to buy it.. no problems ever

  5. Sweet Zeta Says:

Love this phone! I was a little nervous because I failed to check the CNet reviews before walking into the Sprint store, but everything worked out okay! I went from a blackberry to this phone and I have had no complaints! I’m glad I made the transition. I still have the capabilities of my blackberry pearl and a whole lot more!

  6. mitssks Says:

The phone is fine. Sprint sucks big time! Terrible customer service. Once my contract is up that’s it.

  7. slick9990 Says:

I have had the Q9c for about a month now I love the phone my only issue with it I the different video files the capabilities with very few video types leaves me wanting but other then that the phones funtionality is flawless

  8. Sid Says:

The Q9c is a great phone and Sprint isn’t that bad. Just make sure you get the Windows 6.1 upgrade, it fixed all the problems I had. Also make sure you kill all the running programs occasionally and turn off bluetooth when not needed to save battery life.

  9. Th3 Mast3r Says:

The Moto Q9c is very functional as a phone and handle all the tasks that I need it to. Phone performance is great and responsive.

The only real problem is all those Blackberry only files that annoy me to no end because the file cannot be viewed.

  10. SyreX Says:

For all of you experiencing ANY problems like freezes or slow-to-respond button pressing. Motorola has an update for the phone OTHER than the windows 6.0 to 6.1. it is a firmware upgrade. the windows operating software upgrade is needed also. Please contact ur local Carrier to find out how to get it.

  11. Phonegeek Says:

Since when is EVDO a down side???!!??? Whoever wrote the actual summary of the phone at top needs to do a little more research….EVDO IS 3G technology! The only thing faster is WIMAX which only exists in ONE city in the United States!!!!

  12. Phonegeek Says:

So curiousity compels me to ask…Since when is a device being EVDO capable a bad thing??!!!?? EVDO IS 3G technology! The only thing faster is WIMAX which is only available in one city in the ENTIRE United States! Also the Q9C only supports up to a 4GB SD, (well according to Motorola)

  13. Tiggertyge Says:

I love my phone, it has all the capabilities I need,…calendar, phonebook, internet, gps, etc. The best phone I ever had!!!

  14. PimpP Says:

The Q9c uses a mini SD not SD, and it supports up to a 32GB card (even though they dont make it yet)

  15. Alaina Says:

Pretty sure this is the best phone I’ve had.
It works when I want it too, and it’s not slow and laggy, even with my music.
The only problem that I have is that after I delete my text message inbox it lags quite a bit, and it doesn’t last too long.
That may be because I like to get on the internet and such.
But, it is a great phone.
    :]

  16. Shelly Says:

awesome i agree the webite customer service isnt very helpful but i love it so far no problem

  17. Iscilorzar Says:

I love this phone. Had it about a month and it does everything I’ve asked and more. Only thing I didnt like is its a bit of a pain to send a text to multiple people. Other than that its awesome. Also I dont know why they say only 4GB SD. I put a 16GB in mine and its fine. Been told it will support a 32GB but who needs that. Great product.

  18. gear.dog Says:

I just got this phone ont the Alltel network and I have to say I think it is the shizznitz! I’m still playing with it to find out all the capabilities.

  19. tortlaw101 Says:

the worst phone I ever owned! The Motorola Q9c, I had mine replace 5, no ^6X. It’s a fraudulent device perpretrated on the public.
