New Windows Mobile enabled Watch/Cell Phone from CrunchGear
Filed under Wireless Industry News

April 17 2008- CrunchGear has engineered a new option for users who have been interested in the recent activity in the watch phone industry. CrunchGear is proud to offer users a new option for a stylish new watch that includes Windows Mobile applications. This watch is nicely sized so that it does not feel bulky and awkward as some of the recent designs offered by various manufacturers. The specs are also something for CrunchGear to be quite proud of. With a 1.45 inch touchscreen, this watch will be easy to glance at to check the time, missed calls and messages.
The CrunchGear watch operates off GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz networks and comes complete with a 1.3 megapixel camera and memory expansion options as well as a free 512 MB memory card to expand your internal memory to store more data and multimedia for your later entertainment pleasure or for downloading and uploading to alternate storage devices. Users will also be able to use Bluetooth compatible devices and Wi-Fi with these watch phones as well.
Although the touch screen may feel a little small to navigate with one’s fingertips, the small design is part of what we really like about it. The only way to really get a large, easy to maneuver touchscreen would be to get one of the larger, more unattractive designs. This cell watch looks something more like a watch a business professional would actually wear and, thus, use.
The CrunchGear cell watch will be available for customers on April 25th for $629, tentatively.
