The Nokia 5300 XpressMusic comes loaded with only 5MB of internal memory. If you would like to carry more songs with the 5300 phone, we recommend you to get 2GB of microSD card which is sold separately. With 2GB of memory, you can upload approximately 1,500 songs to the Nokia 5300 XpressMusic.

I’m glad that this Nokia is syncML enabled since i usually send alot of data OTA using this protocol. Zyb.com has allowed me to sync my phone without paying anything.
hey, this phone is soo cool. the only problem that i had with it was how the text format was, but then i called the help desk and they were so nice. i didnt have to wait more than 2 min for them to get my to a represinative. i got the problem worked out. after i hung up i thought of at least 10 questions and the guy who was helping me was so nice we had a real conversation while he was looking for the awnser to my question. T-moblie and this phone are great!!!

Hi, the talk time is very very poor. i bought the set couple of days back.. i am getting only 110 mins of talk time + around 40 hrs of stand by time. i have done the measurement with sig strength of better than -75dbm and i have not used any other feature like FM radio / speakers / mp3 player. the rest r ok. the main issue is with the talk time… this forces me to carry charger always. I feel the size of the mobile is no way matching the talk time !!!!!….
Bought the 5300 a month back, All credit to the feature packed phone, but the most glaring shortcoming is its talktime which is atrociously low. If you are a heavy mobile user its highly probable that the battery will die out before you can charge them. Even listening to music drains the battery in 5-6 hours. You can never trust it and it always leaves you on tenterhooks if you are outdoors.Not a good choice for those who are looking for a longer talktime
I just get my phone today and i have problems sending data from my nokia 5300 to motorola hp using bluetooth. But my friend can send data from his motorola to me… Can somebody help me? One more thing, why cant my hp play 3gp(but 3gpp can) video clip? Do i need to install additional software to enable me to do this

This Phone is realy very good sound quality phone. The sound quality is 70% of apple IPod sound quality.this phone is realy very small and attractive. the extension code for other headset make this phone better than best.

THE 5300 IS “FIE”.. PHONE KOOL AS HELL. I HAD DA ORIGINAL [GREY, WHITE + BLACK].. BUT I WENT OUT AND GOT DA BLACK EDITION, AND JUS PUT MY SIM CARD & MEMORY CARD IN2 DAT 1.. DAT BLACK EDITION 5300 IS DA BEST, DIS BITCH IS “FIE”!!

It’s really nice mobile phone but although it has a lot of problems with “Nokia software” operating system like do I have with e-mail application that simly erased from a phone, or like a yahoo application that does not work athwart that i hav modulate all internate parametars.Anywhere it has a BEST music player,and really good speaker,that is the finest on this mobile phone…………………..

I tried to download the ringtones(that is compatible with the phone) .. but when i try to set the particular tone as ringtone..”use tone”option is greyed out .. can somebody help ???

dis phone SUCKS ASS!, i have this phone and from the beginning it was all good, very nice looking, and fun to txt with. but now u can barely hear someones voice when talking to someone, u get low signal which culd becuz of rogers and also u cant put ur own mp3 files as a song. this is so disapointing and i wish i didnt buy this one in the first place.

iam using the Nokia5300 since 1year i never had a remark about this set, but from the last 5 days my set is getting switched off when iam inserting the memory card. I have reported to he Nokiacare they have formated my set, but still Iam suffering with this problem. so please give some advice
