This phone sucks!!!!!! i’m on my 5th one in the last 4 months. Every one has a new problem and i HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t reccomend anyone buys this phone. I have lost all of my contact information twice and they are very important. if you buy this phone you will have to make many trips to the repair center and get many new ones! DON’T BUY IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the same problem…I bought a micro SD card from Amazon.com ($5) and synced the application musictones (free from the site below) to my phone. Now all my music is converted to ringtones, and I LOVE IT. Hope these two sites help:

By the way, to review the phone, I just got it and I am in love with it! I play with it everyday and I always learn some new function or cool thing I can do. I can get directions just about anywhere (GPS) and if I want to know where the closest pizza parler or gamestop is I just type it in and I get the number, address, directions. The option to call from the results or add them to my address book. I love it! Also, I can make mini videos and send to people but there is a size restriction so that sucks. The only thing the phone doesn’t do bc Sprint got rid of the service is voice dial which sucks but that’s Sprints fault, not Palm’s, lol. So far anything I can think to do with my phone I can do it. I watch You Tube videos and edit PDF documents. I am like a kid who got everything she wanted for Christmas. I a upgrading from a very basic phone though so maybe the people who hate it need it for more fancy things. For me it is definitely an upgrade and I love it! All in all I would give my new phone 10 stars out of 10. I’m so sure it can do much more than what I’ve already encountered and I look forward to discovering all the greatness that is my new phone:). Nuance seems like it would be awesome if I had the phone thru a different provider since sprint got rid of their voice features. It allows u to dictate messages and verbally add items to your calendar. Very cool “phone”.

I have had this phone since May 08 w/ Sprint and it is AWESOME! I upload ringtones for FREE through http://www.myxer.com/
You can upload songs from your computer and customize them on myxer then text it to your phone! I have ALL the new songs as my ringtones!
