Pantech Impact Arrives at AT&T Stores

Pantech, the cell phone maker based in South Korea, announced that its Pantech Impact phone will hit AT&T stores this holiday season. The “Impact” phone has a full QWERTY keyboard that could be flipped open sideway. The phone will be available in two colors – bright blue and soft pink. Features and specifications of the phone include two LCD screens, GPS, full Internet browser, 3G, MP3 player, and video player.

“Our customers expect the very latest in trendsetting mobile phones from Pantech, and Impact really delivers,” said Jim Berridge, Director of Sales and Marketing, Pantech Wireless, Inc. “By combing everyone’s favorite social and multimedia options, along with a new form factor which features an interactive touchpad, Impact is a first for both Pantech and AT&T.”

The selling price for Pantech Impact is $149.99 with 2 year contract agreement.

    The keypad could be a little roomier; the keyboard feels off balance; and the camera is a bit tricky to use.
