I have recently bought this phone. Features are good but the sound is not up to the mark.
One thing more, can anybody tell me how to play video clips in this phone… i’m unable to do so. The manual that came with the phone is so thin that even a phantom comic book is thicker than it!!

I recently bought this phone but iam not able to play the 3gp files and other files and in the book they gave that the users can only play mp4 files but for mp4 also iam able to play some files only . after converting from any other format to mp4 some files are playing and some or not so please give me a solution to this problem if anybody know this.

I bought this mobile. Its useless.
I doesn’t support many web pages to browse, even gmail and audio, video formats.
don’t recommend to others.

i’m fed up with the phone. the video i recorded with it doesn’t have a known audio stream. i’ve to see muted videos in my comp. can anybody help by informing me about the correct encoding format it uses.
I want to buy a phone with dual (CDMA+GSM) support. But i m confused in between Samsung Duo or Spice Duo. Which one you guys advice me to buy. I want feature and the performance too. Sound quality should be good, and i should receive call from both (cdma & gsm) network without changing network.

i brought this mobile 2 month back. music is good & display clarity is not that much good as well as camera also . 3gp clip is not supporting and some mp4 also …i’m completely unsatisfy with this………

TATA couldn’t give the call divert facility. so am used this as a single sim phone.

I found out a solution. this mobile can not play 3gp.
but if you convert your favourite videos to mp4 format using “Xilisoft 3gp video converter 3″ , the phone supports these videos.

use “Xilisoft 3gp video converter 3.0″ or higher to convert your favourite videos to .mp4 format. Duo supports these videos completely.

I got this phone just two weeks back … i can’t wirte msgs more than 160 characters , my bluetooth can only send data .. while receiving it takes ages ….
m fed up why i didn’t do some research before buying this ….. ! you can’t set preferences as memory card as the default storage….
i brought samsung duo recently not able to play vediop files touch screen also not working properly oh
useless phone … only sounds fancy …. nothing much ….
the lack of a key pad to dial numbers / message and the lack of an FM radio are things that are sorely missed….

1)Sound qlty is v. good. 2)Bluetooth doesn’t work sometimes. 3)Camera qlty bad. 4)Only 1 SIM can work at a time. 5)Call-forwarding and call-divert possible only to Airtel, Vodaphone and Aircel. 6)GPRS will not work in GSM mode. NOT RECOMMENDED.
guyz..u know..u cannot use gprs,mms,voice recording,voice answering,n many other services in gsm mode..m fully trapped.m gonna throw this phn out of the earth.total useless,only fancy
I bought this phone because Samsung advertises this phone as a world phone. But the phone doesn’t work in US. I even tried in china also. The phone doesn’t seem to work outside India.
samsung DUO-OK PHONE,very good touch screen(not happy calibrate it),it is the ONLY phone where you can use TWO CDMA or GSM sims-bad thing being non simultaneously,no support for reliance cdma or even virgin(tata venture!!!!).
How to view PDA,MS word files or even note pad files.

I bought this phone sometime back i stored some songs to the mem card but I am unable to play any song how is it done using this phone.

Please mujhe batao koun se cdma fone me 3gp , mpeg4 files ko wap se download kar sakte hain. aur uska display bhe largest size ka ho email sharma.ravi28@gmail.com
very very bad ,not at all satisfied with the options, camera is not 1.3mega pixel,and so many draw backs.dont go for this model,sound is not good
