Users also have the option of expanding their internal memory by utilizing their microSD memory card slot and uploading or downloading information onto their handset.

Other features include supporting the 1.7 GHz band, allowing users to access international 3G via their cellular phone. The Sharp FOMA SH705ill also features 3 hours of continuous talk time and 2 hours of TV viewing time for use with the 1 – Seg TV Tuner application.
