Sony Ericsson’s Android-powered touch screen phone, Xperia X10, is now available on AT&T wireless. AT&T wireless website is selling the Xperia 10 for $149.99 with two-year contract agreement. As of today, HandCellPhone.com is selling Xperia 10 for AT&T Wireless for $79.99 only.
