We were first surprised by the Motorola RAZR V3i Limited Gold Edition cell phone(only 1000 units in the world) which claimed to be the first “Gold” phone in the world, but now SonyEricsson is jumping into the bandwagon too. Well, this time the U.A.E carrier, Cellucom partners with Carrefour in U.A.E (United Arab Emirates) to come out a great idea – giving away Gold Edition of SonyEricsson J230i for Carrefour’s Customers.

There will be exactly 10 units of the SonyEricsson J230i Gold Edition cell phone in the world which makes it more tempting for cell phone collectors compared to the Motorola RAZR V3i Limited Gold Edition cell phone. The Gold edition of SonyEricsson J230i weights 130g which is a lot heavier than the original version which weights only 84.5 gram. Although there is no clear information from both organizations that whether the case of the cell phone is made in 24K gold or not, but ,if you do your math, you will be dieing to have this cell phone. At least , I want to get it for free and resell it for good bucks!
