   i just got this phone and threw away my treo 650. its harder to use then i had thought but im getting used to it. alittle bulky but pretty much thats my only flaw ive encountered.

    the internet, and Wi-fi are FINE! but when browsing to access online games, like “chess”, it’s not hyperlink! What happened to “Live Windows” feature?

    I like it. It works for me because of the type of work I do. I do have problems dowloading music and games. a little too much packed into one phone. I could have got an iphone for all of this. Other than that I have no big issues except for the downloading

    great phone..only hard to use at first…I put htc home customizer on it…now even cooler..but do wish it would download games etc. easier

    alright biggest problem I have is lag who wants a phone that you can’t just open and everythings ready to go theres always about a .5 secound lag other then that I love it down loading… install the program on your comp the rest is a walk through I mean you plug it in using the usb cable and active snyc should pop up I choose not to have me computer snyc for me cause it’ll just put a lot of crap you don’t on your phone, on your phone click the explore tab in the active snyc window choose device then documents there you go drag and drop music files you want in the music folder and pictures you want in the picture folder disconect and bam your done if you have a external mini memory card in your wing do the same proces but put your songs/pictures/videos that are the right format size on it it’s really not the phone but the users depite there being no reason to download ringtones when you can just use the music that you put on your phone,you can download ringtones from t-mobile…fosifide statement … and as for internet problems with it I have no complaints but if you are having problems with it which I encountered few when I first got the phone try going to settings/connectivity and I think internet settings its one of them in connectivity and you can change the default signal reader so it will use up more battery but pick up your wifi signal better … take the time to know the phone adjust it to your needs it’ll do what ever you want it to, take the time to figure it out it’s a smart phone for smart people had it for 1 month now and know pretty much everything about if you have any more problems just holla ps the qwerty key pad owns I wrote all this crap using my wing.. contact me at kenneth_echo@yahoo.com

    I have had my wing since june. Great phone. I find new feature and stuff for it everyday. I had it replace once because touch screen stopped working but it stopped bc this person kept grabbing it wouldnt let go. I have ran the iphone hack on it rewrote the program the way i wanted it. Now im running the spb shell which was wrote for window base phone. the way i have my set up is great. i have everything blocked looking on my today screen like on iphone. iphone is great but window offer more programs and upgrade. there are alot of cool free sites out dont wasted your money on handago.

    Phone is good but is LAGS A WHOLE LOT! FREEZES UP ALL THE TIME. Very annoying!

    Freezes all the time! it definitely can’t be used for emergency because by the time is ready to used you r already dead, robbed , rapped etc.
    FREEZES ALL THE DAMN TIME.

    For those who are “freezing up” all the time… Try a few things to trouble shoot this problem: 1) take the battery out and then put it back in every now and then, this is recommended once a day – to every other day; this acts as a complete reboot for your computer. Remember the Wing is a computer before it is a phone. 2) make sure you are not over extending your internal memory, if you have multiple programs running in the background or have maximized your storage space but continue to try to download e-mails through browser push, your phone will not be able to keep up. You can check the status of your memory by going to: start – setings – system – memory: from here you can see how much available memory you have. Take steps to maximize your memeory if necessary.

    nice phone but verrry annoying. it does freeze all the time and if an emergency happens, it will take forever for you to call for help. definitely NOT worth 400 dollars.

    oh and a free ringtone site is myxer.com. that’s where i get all of my ringtones and it really is free.

    This phone is great. I had it since May’07 & I love everything a/b this phone. In da beginning it did freeze but once I got use 2 the phone & learned wat the phone is a/b then I understood it more. Love this phone. Itz the best (so far).

    MAN THIS PHONE IS FUCKIN AWESOME!! Hasn’t Frozen up on me but once I had it since December. The Wing is the only reason i’ve stayed with T-Mobile

    I have had this phone now for over a year and all I can say is “IT SUCKS”.

    Its a SLOW running version of Windows Mobile v6. The screen response to touch commands is very slow. It takes seconds for it to respond. I have done complete reboots to factory software to see if it was any added software from me causing this, but was not the case. It just has a slow running CPU. I have friends with the same Windows Mobile v6 OS on other model cell phones that run much faster.

    The back of the phone has a sliding plastic case that does not stay clicked in. And I have not yet been able to locate a replacement part from T-Mobile on this back plastic case. I have gone into their stores and called them.

    The phone always wants to slide out its keyboard slightly if you hold it too tight.

    It constantly dials the last phone call that you completed since the Green call button presses down easily in the belt pouch. You always have to put the phone in Lock Mode to stop these accidental button presses. It also Hangs Up on calls since its so easy to press the Red hangup button. The hang ups happens more often when its in the belt pouch when using a bluetooth headset. You constantly have to put the phone in Lock Mode to avoid this issue which is a pain doing so.

    All in all, this cell phone just sucks. I can’t wait to get a new one that is better at running Windows Mobile v6 (Non exist from T-Mobile). So I’m just waiting for my contract to expire so I can move over to a provider with FAST Internet connectivity and a faster cell phone OS. I’m looking at the iPhone 3G as the next one.

    Okay,it is smart phone,i like it,it goes through my work&it helps me pick up updated information, but it is somehow hard takes time to take it off from it’s cover,so i wish if there is pracrtical smart cover suits it.

    After hanging up, my wing dials the last number dialed and it is getting annoying. Seems to be a programming problem and I need help fixing the problem before I throw it under the bus.

    i have a wing and its not the best phone comming from htc but trust me, it is soooo worth what i paid for it. email works great, i download free videos and full songs on it and since i got a 8bg memory card its even better, i also got the htc home customizer so it looks great. if it freezes on u guys u can also push the little button under the volumen thing with ur stylus every night and it wont do it no more or maybe not as much. i also have an unlocked iphone and since i got my wing never used again so thats how good it is. if u wonder where i get my vidz and music and software for free!! email me castillo1028@aol.com

    a lot of crybabys in this shit!! I’ve had this phone for over two yrs.. best phone.. besides the freezing part.. wich is fixable!! if you know how.. ya can get a lot of helpful tips off of youtube also.. man yad be impressed will all the sh!t you can do wit this pc of technology!! pc b4 phone!
