AT&T (Cingular) announces that Samsung A717 and Samsung A727 3G phones will be on sales pretty soon in United States. The Samsung A717 is a flip phone that measures barely 0.5 inch yet packed with awesome features such as 2.0-MP digital camera, 2.3″ LCD screen, Bluetooth support, USB 2.0 support, microSD expansion slot and Mobile Email Client.

On the other hand, the candybar shaped Samsung A727 has less powerful features and specifications. The Samsung A727 comes equipped 1.9″ TFT LCD Screen, 1.3-MP digital camera, Bluetooth support, USB 2.0 support, microSD expansion slot and Mobile Email Client.

Both Samsung phones support 3.5G HSDPA network as well as quard bands GSM networks. The expected selling price is $149 for Samsung A717 and $99 for Samsung A727 plus two years contract.
