Palm has finally unveiled the all next generation of Treo PDA cellular phone which is Palm Treo 680. The features and specifications of Treo 680 are pretty amazing. Treo 680 cellular phone comes integrated with a 3.0-MP digital camera, a bright and clear TFT LCD touch screen that supports up to 240 x 240 resolutions, 64MB internal memory, SD/MMC expansion slot that supports up to 2GB of memory, and Bluetooth support. With Treo 680 PDA phone in hand, who needs to bring extra digital camera or other gadgets?

The Treo 680 cellular phone is running on a Intel XScale 312MHz which is the same processor that powers the BlackBerry 7130G. Nevertheless, the Treo 680 brings a bad news for anti-Windows community as Palm decided to use Windows Mobile operating system like the just released Palm 750V.
