Verizon Wireless today announced a new flip style hybrid phone called Escapade, which is designed for frequent travelers as the Escapade phone has global roaming capability. The Escapade phone is a dual CDMA and quad-band GSM compatibility, which makes it capable of running on any carrier in the United States, and also carriers in other countries where there is a GSM network. Features and specifications of the phone include a 2-MP digital camera, VZ GPS turn-by-turn navigator support, dual color LCD screens, and Bluetooth connectivity.
