   This ad is misleading. It says the Tilt PDA is free in the headline but then it shows that the price is $125. So what is the real price? Also, some of the tech specs I’ve read on this PDA show that it is “push-to-talk” enabled while the tech data on this site shows that it isn’t? Is it or not?

   This ad is confusing and appears to be misleading to me.

   The headline reads, “Hurry Up. This Free Phone Offer Might End Anytime Soon” while the price shows that the PDA costs $125. This seems to be intentionally misleading to the public.
