I have the warranty, and he said he could just get me another one. I told him that I thought the phone was discontinued, and he said that it wasn't - they just don't carry it in the stores anymore for some reason. So if you really want one of these phones, go to Verizon and ask them if they can order one for you. I was really glad about this, because they don't have ANY cute pink phones right now whatsoever to choose from!! Just to let you know - I have had problems with the speaker phone (you cannot hear), it beeps constantly every once in a while when you are on the phone and then the other person cannot hear you, you cannot erase your messages (sometimes), and if you try to adjust the volume when you are on the phone, it disconnects you! When I first got the phone, it was fine - these things just started happening recently. Hope you can get the Pink Chocolate because it's the cutest phone!!
