I have owned alot of phones and this is the LEAST rugged of any I've owned. I usually get the free phone that come when you renew a plan(basically the cheapest). Every one of those lasted me at least a year. I had this phone for only 1 month before the front LCD went blank. Less than a month later and the main LCD is now lost in a snowstorm. It may seem clear for a moment, then it slowly turns white like its snowing. 80% of the time I can't see what is on the screen. I can't see my contacts, who is calling or anything. I can still make phone calls as long as I know the number, but forget everything else. If you can't see the screen you can't use the MP3 player, camera or any other features that I liked about the phone. This phone only LOOKS rugged, it is a piece of junk. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!
