I've also been trying to install downloaded themes on my s312 but failed. I tried searching through the phone settings and couldn't find any option on installing downloaded themes. Although there are a lot of sites offering downloads of S312 themes, I haven't found one that gave instructions on how to install them.
Is there anyone out there who knows if it is possible to add themes to the S312?

you can send *.jar files to the folder "Others" and then open it from your phone
