i just bought the new finesse and it seems impossible for me to get audio files via bluetooth from my previous phone. i had a samsung messenger and all the music i put there can't get it back. also, i got full html internet access (so they say) and if i go to youtube, when trying to play a video, a message comes to the screen that says UNSUPPORTED VIDEO FILE!!!! I even recorded a video with the built-in camcorder and again the same message when trying to to play it back. Is this a problem or do i have to upgrade the phone?

The full html browser does not support flash only java. So no flash videos. :( Yet.........:)

Okay, I also got the finesse, and I have no problems with it other than figuring out how to put a video such as family guy onto the phone.

I have the finesse and the only way I have been able to get you tube on my phone is to convert it to a mp4 or g3p video file. many free converters out there just google video converter.

Ok Listen up:
Metro locked the phones to where we cant download almost anything off of the website. They want you to buy items from their catalog. Currently, on ANY Samsung Finesse, as far as i kno, youtube does NOT work on there. O and btw, If you want videos, There is this website called Myxertones.com Its like a youtube website except they have a much SMALLER variety. Hope this helps somewat.

I have the finesse if you want ringtones go to myxer save them to your computer and then transfer to your phone and your done and for youtube type in m.youtube.com and it works wonders for me
