Does anyone know when or if Sprint is going to fix the Calendar function on the Instinct? Neither the reminders nor recurring events work. |

I thought maybe just my phone was a dud--unbelievable if it's actually a flaw in all phones. IMO they need to fix it and update ASAP or they shouldn't be selling the phone.

My reminder works when it is set for the actual time of the event... which by that time I was already supposed to BE THERE! I also liked the feature of my old phone's calendar that allowed a reminder to go off a week in advance if wanted... now you only get to choose 1 HOUR in advance. Which living in LA is not enough time if the event is far away or close with traffic.

Last Month after a update , My calendar stopped working. Sprint gave me a new phone, worked great until another update came through, now having the same problem.

whats up everyone? Im a tech for sprint, to answer your question there is a fix for the calender issue that you are having.There is a new software that just came out but im almost positive you cant get it from your phone yet but it was released to sprint stores and must be uploaded through a system we use called icss and this is suppose to fix all known issues with the phone, all you have to do is go to the store and ask for it. the new software is BF30

How in the world can a function as simple as a calendar malfunctions or just doesnt work altogether. I have meetings and bills that occurs every month and damn near forget them all because this stupid function doesnt work. And now I am stuck with a phone that partially works? I should have stuck with Tmobile. I had the Wing and that phone's calendar function not only works but you are not limited to your recurring options.
Sprint...GET IT TOGETHER! I should have went to ATT and gotten the iphone!!

I been with sprint for 12 years. I went from a treo to the instinct. WTF how can a phone with everything not have a calendar that works. good by sprint hello iphone. I got out of my contract because the phone did not work. good luck to everyone

On my calendar all i want to do is to put tasks on it, without putting a time in, for example to put in your school work or what not, is there an update to get this on our phone? the blackberry has one
