I need the key strokes on how to transfer pictures "move" from my phone to my SD card, my phone was run over unbenounced to me and now I would like to at least salvage my pictures and if someone with a rhythm would list proper key strokes to accomplish this I would appreciate it.

You could get a microUSB cable to hook your phone to your computer. After that, your computer should able to recognize the phone.
