Hi,
I,ve got Omnia and donwloaded a software but unfortunatly it was not compatible and caused problem. The device is not able to upload. I pushed the reset button but it was useless just the samsung logo appears and that's all.
I know when a problem occures on I-Mate Jamin you can push camera,comm.manager & reset bottons together(Hard Reset)and it goes to manufac. setings but on Omnia i have no idea.
Would you be so kind, and help me to solve the problem?

1.Press the soft reset hole beside your power button
2.Press the Call and Cancel Button together when you see the Samsung Omnia on the screen
3.The Reset Screen appear
This hard reset does not erase the 16GB memory. To reset everything, you could use the software hard reset by going to Settings > Hard Reset. There is also option to format the storage card.

HI,
I've hard- reseted "my storage" via the "settings>hard reset" way, after things i stored there became unknown signs and useless and i couldnt erase them. now it writes that "my storage" is "dismounted" and the folder disappeared. how do i get my 16gb back?!

1. Click => Start/Settings/Connections/USB Connection Mode
Select USB funtion: Mass storage/ My Storage
2. Connect phone to PC
3. From PC, open My Computer, right click on new removable disk (16GB) ==> format
4. Soft reset

I install memory card with backup from i 600 and puch back up after install the memoy card to i 900 and now i ca not open just start by samsung welcome and then close,i try to use hard reser by 1.Press the soft reset hole beside your power button

Earlier I encounter the problems where program cant open and very slow progress. The GPS unable to detect the location. However, after the reset by clearing the memory, the phone is back to normal now. Thank god. phew.

I was having an issue with my Omnia where every time I tried to take a photo it would say "Warning, Not Enough Memory!!" It should've had 8Gb on there!!
I tried the *2767*3855# to Hard Reset the phone which worked very well!
NOTE: Remember to remove memory card before doing this because it will wipe everything on your phone and memory...
But now I can use my camera again! Yay :) I read somewhere else though.. That the Touch Player in this phone uses a lot of memory so I just don't use it.. Suggestions were to install Windows Media Player to the phone.
NOTE: I had a PIN on my phone and the PIN does not get reset so this will not work for you if you've forgotten your PIN.

My Samsung Omnia's Screen Alignment did not work after a hard reset. I have been trying to get the problem solved without success.
Actually the problem started when the stylus did not work for the function that is being tapped, I decided to carry out "hard reset" after which I am to "Align Screen" before the main screen will be displayed. To my surprise, the screen of the device refuse to be aligned after numerous trials.

Can anyone help with getting applications on my phone? I have some software that I am trying to get on my onmia but it keeps coming up that the installation was unsuccessful. I know the software works I have had it on my phone before and I checked it out before buying it that it was compatible with the phone. As the applications want to be installed on the device and it doesn’t have much memory I am thinking this may be the problem. It has told me before that once installed to the device I can move it to create more room but when I do that it looses it and mucks up the phone. Any suggestions??

I am trying to hard reset my Omnia I900. I have followed the directions and I never see the formatting screen. It simply stays on the windows password screen and nothing happens, I have held the buttons for more than 2 minutes. Any idea what else I can do?
