Did you try to use the usb cable to connect the phone and your PC? Your PC should be able to recognize the phone as a new drive, just like a jump drive.
they ought 2 call this phone the 1776 instead cuz the technology sucks ass! i dont know...all manual sez u can use the usb thingie 4 is 2 charge it...on a computer? why?!

I don't think you can either I just got a usb cable to transfer photos from my cell and it only looks on my phone like its being charged through the computer...which friggin sucks why does it even have a camera...I also seen somewhere else you had to go through sprint to transfer pics to your pc...what a waste if thats true
nah..i heard that you can go to sprint and use their software to download them to your pc..or you can do it the old fashion way..use the internet to go to facebook..myspace..etc. and upload them how it says..then go to your pc and slick on the pic and right-click and save to your computer..all you ahve to do is fix the size..thats what i do..so..yeah..its pretty gay...XP
you have to go into usb settings on phone and change from modem to memory card, this will allow computer to see phone as a thumb drive, onl;y works for files like pictures and mp3's, can't use for ringtones
