By looking at the features and specifications, I think I will get the Samsung Omnia, instead of 3G iPhone. The 3G iPhone is cool, but I think there will be too many people carry the iPhone pretty soon with the price drops to only $200 dollars.

Are you sure about that? I still prefer the iPhone 3G
the iPhone 3G is going to cost about $200 only. And the phone is going to be my mobile entertainment device, which I want do pretty much everything on it. The sad part is I have to switch over to AT&T. Alright, AT&T, you got me!
Omnia may be a good windows mobile phone (which I am currently using)using an add on user interface with excellent on paper specs. But interms of ergonometrics and human reponse i phone is the best. You may go crazy with omnia switching between w.m. and it's own interface trying to poke the tiny on screen command areas whne the phone is jumping from application to application.
The Samsung Omnia is not all its said to be.
The interface is sluggish, the keys too small, the haptic feedback works sporadically and the touchscreen itself fails in comparison to the iPhone.
Its a Windows Mobile device, what more can you expect?
iphone has no mms crap camera no video camera and if u get it off the app store its no good and there is more software for the omnia defianetely the omnia and the iphone is the same as the ipod touch so wats the point i have the touch and omnia wins!!!!!!!
Have 8 friends with the iphone and all are jealous of all the functions that Onmia provides that the iphone doesn't. The camera is amazingly clear and the functions are endless (especially having Microsoft on it)
I used both iphone 3g and omnia, but sold my iphone when i thought i just want to have only one mobile, because talking about iphone.. the touch screen and motion sensors and the resolution are good. but it is just a phone... with just 2 mega pixel camera and got lots of limitations and still lack in things what omnia got. omnia still rules with 5 mega pixel camera and 16 gb memory which i can even use as thumb drive when i need and i can do what ever i want to do in my laptop and got lots of applications.....and more than a phone....coooool...
