First off its junk I got one...not 3 weeks into it the back plastic that holds the battery in is slippin, as for the neat little flip screen its flimsy already loose, and it slow....qwerty touch-screen is terrible because buttons r to small to hit.....other than that I guess u can't be choosy
It is reallyy really like bad, dont get it cuz like,, the battery diies out really fast and it doesnt even charge well. other then that its pretty good but still yeah.
i think this phone is the shit. but it does bug me sometimes, it freezes and texting is sometimes really hard and slooooooow. there's other hidden frustrations like that but i still love it.
I had mine 4 several months now and love it! Don't know what your talking about, Motorola phones have been very good and the ZN4 is just as good if not better! The battery outlasts all my other ones too. My only complaint is that I can't find and hacks yet to unlock it. Any suggestions?

The only good thing about this phone is that it takes fairly good pictures if you don't zoom in, and the notepad along with the calendar are useful.
okay i have had this phone ofr like 6 weeks and well its the bomb.i have no promblems with it and yea.so people who do have trouble might just dont take care of them or just have bad luck.but if you are thinking of getting it you totally SHOULD

I like my phone. I have large fingers and texting isn't a problem. I do have a problem with the music though. Some mp3s play while others don't. I have tried to find the common link between the files that won't play but I don't see anything the files have in common. Any suggestions?

Bad touch screen accuracy, sluggish processor, screen that goes blank (makes it hard to enter an ext.# or voicemail pin), phone freezing up, qwerty keyboard that picks its own letter for you. I LOVE hate phone, but HATE the software. Motorola made a great piece of hardware, but put the Walmart version of software on it. Wasted potential.

This one is pretty good and even after going swimming with it (oops) it miraculously still works perfectly! I don't like the touch qwerty though, and apparently you can get a software update at the verizon store that might help bugs.
the first few months you have it is great! but from that point it gets progressively worse.. it turns off and on quite frequently, it takes literally minutes to delete text messages in bulk, and the flip screen is well, prone to cracking. i have never even dropped my krave and like a week ago i noticed that my phone was cracking right where it flips open. i thought it was maybe just some paint or something, being as it is a pretty sturdy phone, but last night i opened my phone and it literally snapped off. it was just hanging there. so now the touch screen on the outside is shot and i can make phone calls but i can't hear what the other person is saying (unless i put it on speakerphone but that is kind of a hassle with having to unlock the phone with a touchscreen that doesn't always work). So basically don't get this phone. It is so annoying. Mine turns off honestly five-ten times a DAY. It's ridiculous. The chances of me getting another Motorola phone are slim to none.

I had three Motorola phones before, and I hate them. Their batteries died after less than 1 month, and their menus are awful.

I love the phone. I upgraded the software to 1.28 and it fixed some of the issues. The keypad and qwerty keyboard or totally revamped.
