I loaded music to my memory card..i can play it with the music play, but the options to set it as a ringtone and transfer it to my phone memory are greyed out. i have tried drifferent ways and looked through the manual and can't seem to find a answer..

Your song can't be more than 3000kb. You can convert it to a smaller format. Google on how to do this.
