Nokia 5230 Nuron I was sure that when my phone was new (3 weeks ago) that I could change the ringtone volume level from loud to soft or to vibrate only by using the volume control on the right hand side of the phone without being in the "call" mode. Now it won't do that and the Nokia support people don't seem to understand my question and just keep telling me to reset the phone to factory specs (didn't bring back the volume adjustment) and if I want Vibrate Only to go through numerous menu levels to reset the phone to vibrate only. That totally sucks.!!
There are times when I want to silence the phone quickly and I'm sure that this phone allowed me to do that for the first week I had it. What happened and how can I restore the quick set capability?
