Samsung Intensity 2 U460 I have a Sumsung Intensity, and today it shut off with full battery. I tried to charge it, but it didn't do anything the charging screen didn't even appear. i tried a different charger, and the same thing happened. When i try turning on my phone nothing happens, but when I try turning it on with a charger in the sliding keyboard lights, up. I already tried taking out my card, and it didn't do anything. I have let it sit for a couple of hours, and still nothing has happened.

Mine did the same thing! I just took out the battery and put it back it, Turned on fine :)

Mine did this and the battery thing would work. However, it keeps doing it more and more. Verizon tried selling me another $40 battery. I bought a battery elsewhere. The same thing keeps happening.
Especially when I text and slide the keyboard in and out to use it. My guess is that it has something to do with that.
You call Verizon and they are not helpful. They frustrate you and then pretend they are helpful by putting you on hold to ask their supervisor if they can get you a new phone even though your contract isn't ready to be renewed.
My guess is that this is all a scam to lock us in for another 2 years.
Frustrate us and then pretend to help us.

i just did this if you rub the 3 brass things on the battery on your shirt and put it back in it works
