i bought w595 mobile 15 day back sound is very poor and low what i will do ?

Try to get a firmware update. Try to search for Sony Ericsson firmware update for W595. Firmware is the only way to increase the volume.

i got problem with the volume keys volume up key is not active. sometimes down too fed up with this one
