Please ensure any additional installed programs and/or user data have been backed up before a hard reset is performed.

1From the home screen choose Start
2 Choose Settings
3 Choose Memory Settings
4 Choose Clear All Data (and confirm Yes)
5 Enter the phone's lock code (by default it's the last 4 digits of the phone's number)
6 Choose Done - the phone will reset
