  • 3 If required, draw your unlock pattern to confirm the reset process.
  • 4 If you are certain that you would like to restore all factory settings, touch Erase everything.

This will delete all the data.

1. Press Volume Up key, Call Key, Middle Track Ball and End Key...It should take u to fastboot
2. Connect your phone to computer
3. Open command prompt
4. Navigate to your android\tools folder.
5. Type fastboot -w
6. After it is complete power cycle the phone.

Your hard reset is done.
