have you set the calibration ? you can do that threw the touch settings in the settings option in the menu

ok it has no apps because its not a smart phone and the full keyboard screen sucks and games cost money but if you need ringtones for free go to tonzr.com and full songs you need a micro sd card and it plays great through v cast plus its all free so this phone is pretty good it could be better tho
