this phone is amazing. it is difficult to understand if you are absent minded with smart phones. this phone is similar to the T-mobile phone "shadow". the texting is easy and it has many applications. many people return this phone claiming that it doesnt work well but it may just be the person, not the phone.

i love this phone! Although win mobile 6.1 does have its flaws, the keyboard takes up 80% of the screen in landscape mode which makes txting and surfing the net difficult, but overall i would have to say its a great product. used the sylist for the first two days and havent picked it up since. all programs work well with just ur thumb! this is the 2nd smartphone iv owned, the first one had a flip out keyboard with stylist and i had to use both at all times which became annoying(utstarcom ppc6700).
lg packed so many features into this phone! wifi rocks! video looks fantastic on this phone. battery life is better than most(5.5hrs continious use or like 10days of stand by time). gps comes in handy 4sho! had trouble useing my homemade ringtones at first but worked it out(i use wave files now). fm radio is a kool plus and the mp3 player w my blue tooth headset is jst awsome when mountain biking! i was only disappointed with how some of the software features react in win mobile 6.1, not the best mobile os (cnt wait for win mobile 7). typed this review using my incite.

This phone is worth every penny.
My wife and I both have an INCITE. We've had them for about 7 months now. The phone has many nice features such as windows mobile which was a must for apps we use and wifi. Battery life is also a plus. I've forgotten to charge my phone on more than one occasion and it last two days on a charge. With the service plan we have we got them for free with rebates.
That being said, this thing is a piece of junk. The text is too small, you try to access one contact or app and the wrong one is selected. I've recalibrated the screen many times but nothing helps. The main reason for having a phone is to make calls, you would think LG would keep this to the fore so you can actually see the name and number on the screen. It locks up so you have to reset it. The screen goes dark on you while you're trying to use it and you have to keep pressing the send key (bottom left) to turn it back on. This function should allow you to disable it. Very annoying!!! That lip stick looking stylus is a joke.
To sum it all up, LG gave it the right name. It will INCITE you. My wife and I are constantly.
Yes it's worth what we've paid for it. $00.00
