I absolutely love this phone, the only thing I don't like about it is the way it searches for ringtones...it does not search very well and I have yet to find one song that I have looked for on this phone to download. It also has a block from the company so that you cannot use the free ringtone sites so you can't download them from another site. So far that is the only thing that is bad about this phone. Other than that, I love how small and lite it is and it works great. The camera is awesome because you can even adjust the lighting and size of the picture right on the phone. If you get this phone, you are going to love it!

Sprint/Nextel along with Motorola have locked this phone from any user software to download photos, ringtones etc. You have to use the Sprint service ($$$) to transfer any photos from this phone. Moto Tools will not work with this phone or any of the new iden phones.

I agree with most here the phone sucks..I've got so many pics I wanted to transfer to my pc...I went out an bought a usb cable to do that an all it does is let you charge your phone up and it makes no mention bout the camera or what you cant do with it in the manual that comes with the phone..a big disappointment to me

im so pissed too!..this shit is crappy!...i like everything else on it but why block down loading stuff!!..boost would make WAY more money if they unblocked everything!!..but my dad downloaded a java app that can go to any internet site without blocks so YUH!..i totally recommend it for anyone!

This phone is actually decent..it's the service provider that sucks...I have already made a complaint with the better business bureau about Boost mobile. They have no right to block downloads or any of that. We buy the phone, it's ours, we own it, so therefore we should be able to do anything we want to customize it. Had the representative for Boost mobile told me about the block on wap downloading I would have stayed with MetroPCS. It's worth their extra $10 a month for unlimited because you can download anything and customize your phone for free. Who wants to pay $2.99 for a 15-30 second clip of a song?
