I like the phone. Its durable and it came with a Carabiner so I can strap it to my belt loop. I also like that you can use it to play your music, the only downside is you cant access the memory card to view data.

This phone has major problems. Won't let me use picture function- says memory full. Changes ringtones on its own back to default. Battery life is rediculously shorter that it says on box. And it erases the phone book on you. I have sent it back for repair but have read other forums of people who are experiencing the same problems Don't buy it, save yourself the trouble.

Finally I have found reviews regarding this phone. I've been on the phone countless hours with TMobile to no avail, I've researched Motorola's site, again, no help, I've even gone into the TMobile store for help.
I had to replace my first phone within a month after receiving it because the keypad buttons wouldn't work, I had lots of static on the line, and the phone would just randomly hang up. Also, as VM says above, the ringtones change randomly. It's quite an adventure (and not a good one). I have yet to figure out the rhyme or reason for the ringtones changing. They usually change from silent or vibrate (when I absolutely NEED the phone to be quiet) to a LOUD ringtone. My phone book eliminates entries, or my favorite - duplicated about 30 entries, which I had to go in and manually delete myself.
I love the physical aspect of the phone and the little carrying handle (I am very active and the carbiner is SO handy). But this phone has just about driven me over the edge.
I do not recommend it either.

1 more item. It has taken me so long to troubleshoot the second replacement phone, that I'm now in a dispute with TMobile regarding the restocking fee, which they went ahead and charged. The phone is more trouble that it is worth! :-(

Battery life from eight hours to two days.
Ten day stand by time? Depends on whose laws of space and time you are using.
Finally got someone from T-Mobile to be honest, and they admitted this phone was released with bugs.
Make sure you have the latest software version. Make T-Mobile deal with you. The customer is right, and they released a FORM over FUNCTION product.

This phone is terrible. I still havent figured out how to take more than ten pictures. I bought a memory card to no avail. It used to dump my contact info till I figured out to use my sim card. And every now and then I get a really loud siren in my ear.....ouch. This phone is definitely NOT cutting edge technology. However, it does make a good paperweight.

i think tht this phones is ok cuz it doesnt really messu p on me a lot but if i put my phone on the charger then it automatically changes from vibrate to ring and it get annoying lik when i am trying to go to sleep i wake up in the middle of the night hering my phone ring also when i txt it usually only lets me do about 30 txts and then it says tht i have to delete my messages and it gets really annoying thnx a lot
