Poor signal quality, no Wed, 09/24/2008 - 00:35
Poor signal quality, no battery life, no direct connect, no Sprint NFL mobile, lots of dropped calls. The only thing that is decent about this phone is the sprint network, but you'd better stay off it unless you're plugged into the charger at all times. I'd give it less than an hour of talk time, and if you use the web or sprint tv, you'll go from a full charge to zero battery in about 35 minutes. The battery life and signal strength/quality on this phone is so bad that I'm actually downgrading back to my old Nextel phone (which is two years old).
dc volume Thu, 09/25/2008 - 05:16
is your volume low and incoming beep sound low even when turned all the way up

Great phone except the battery doesn't last long at all. The battery life is between 4-6 hours if you don't use it at all. Much shorter if you use the GPS, TV or any of the other advanced features. I have to carry my phone charger at all times and continuously charge the phone when not in use to ensure it works when needed. Motorola should contact all the owners of the current phones and design a replacement battery that can last at least a full shift at work. The current battery will not. I do like the phones features however I am extremely unhappy with the battery life problems. I can only hope Motorola see's the flaws in the phones battery, does the right thing by the owners of the phones, develops a better replacement battery and gets them out to the owners. FREE OF CHARGE OF COURSE.

The battery in this phone sucks! And this is False advertising by SPRINT! The battery in the V950 is the same battery MOTOROLA had trouble with in its RAZOR.
It was knowingly underpowered then and is totally unacceptable now!
Let SPRINT know this is a fixable problem in an otherwise great phone!
Then maybe they will stop SELLING us the fix to there screwup
