motorola ve240 MP3 player Sun, 12/21/2008 - 16:36
This phone was advertised as an easy to use mp3 player, which it certainly is not. First of all you need a miniSD card that it does not come with and you also need a mini usb cable to connect the phone to your computer (it does not come with this either). I bought a miniSD card and already had a mini usb cable but when I plug it into the computer it says that it cannot install the hardware because it cannot find the software. Well, guess what? It did not come with the software either. Before you buy this phone based on its MP3 capabilities, you may want to think twice.

I had no problem getting the phone to hook up to my computer. In fact, I was able to hook it up to my home computer and my work computer. You probably have a bad handset or there is a problem with your operating system, because my phone shown no problems.
